WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
We are very proud to be able to offer all our customers free shipping to Germany, Austria and Switzerland - with no minimum order value.

WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
After your parcel has been packed, it will be handed over to our shipping company and you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the location of your parcel live at any time.

WHY IS MY PARCEL TRACKING NOT WORKING?
In certain cases, our shipping partners DHL and DPD need 1-3 working days to update the location of the parcel (increasingly on Sundays and public holidays). We ask for your understanding and patience in these cases. If your tracking is still not working after 5 working days, please contact our customer support team.

I HAVE ENTERED INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS IN THE CHECKOUT, WHAT NOW?
Please contact us immediately by email (info@outdoorheld.uk) / in our contact form and let us know your correct delivery address. As long as your parcel has not yet been dispatched, we can easily change your address details afterwards and will do our best to do this as quickly as possible.

However, as soon as the delivery has been dispatched, we can unfortunately no longer change the delivery details as they have already been handed over to our shipping partners.

We therefore strongly advise you to check all details/addresses before finalizing your order to avoid any delays or problems with delivery. We also advise you to respond to emails regarding delivery/delivery notifications/collection of the parcel from Pick Up Shops (if you are not at home at the time of delivery) and to take note of them.
