Absolutely love these trainers. I've walked roughly 250 miles walking the dog. On country roads dirt tracks, golf courses and pavements. There is almost no wear on the sole . They are so comfy and not had we feet yet and that's saying something in Scotland. I've kept the red pair as spares just incase. Not needed to use them yet 👍
Absolutely love this footwear , wear them everyday all day, will not buy any other footwear for walking in . Great for aurthuritis, gout . Highly recommended
Shoes arrived promptly, well packed as S advertised. Shoes fit nicely. Size chosen was actual size which I found perfect. If socks are worn I most definitely need a larger size. I am wearing them round the house in leui of "slippers" and able to walk more naturally. Slippers just don't have any bend in the sole, no support, and slippers always always 'slide' on the foot. No slipping hazard with the nicely gripped Barefoot Shoe!
I absolutely love these for trekking. Having had a hip replacement recently I can be extremely confident that my steps are secure and also they are so light it helps with my footwear not weighing on my legs at all, thoroughly recommend these to everyone x
I have a deformed foot following surgery after breaking 3 metatarsals. These are the comfiest shoes I have bought and they minimise the appearance of the deformity. I shall definitely order more

I'd been looking forward to barefoot shoes for some while and having done some transitioning exercises prior to buying these, they literally fitted like a glove, very comfortable and really get you back in touch with your feet! After two weeks of trying them out over a lot of different terrain I'm now looking forward to getting second pair. 👣👌

I purchased these for my weight training as I wanted to be able to plant my feet more but didn’t want to do it in bare feet or only socks when in the gym. Fit like a glove. Super comfy. Very happy with them. Also purchased a white pair for Summer training.

Of course, the basic idea behind the shoes is, as the name suggests, to wear them without socks - but you can still enjoy all the health benefits of barefoot shoes with socks!
The only thing that can be weakened with socks is the barefoot feeling itself.
Decide on the version you feel most comfortable with and experiment according to your own ideas.

How do I clean the shoes?
All OutdoorHeld barefoot shoe models can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C on a gentle program without any problems.
ATTENTION: We recommend removing the laces when washing and cleaning them separately by hand, otherwise they could fray due to their special material!
